Salary: UAH 18,000 (payable) + bonuses at the end of the year.

2.1. Organizational and technological management in the field of plant cultivation.
2.2. With regard to specific production and ecological environment, the work on implementation and mastering of the science-based farming system and further intensification of plant cultivation in order to increase the production and quality of plant cultivation products.
2.3. Organization of implementation of measures for improving the productivity of agricultural lands, soils fertility; efficient use of labour, agricultural equipment, correct application of organic and mineral fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators.
2.4. Systematic survey of agricultural lands of the relevant division, detection of areas with signs of supply shortage, infected with pests and diseases, monitoring of status of crop development.
2.5. Implementation of measures for timely elimination or correction of developmental problems of crops through changes in the crop cultivation technology.
2.6. Involvement in the development of technological maps of crops.
2.7. Involvement in the development of annual and prospective plans and objectives of plant cultivation and ensuring their implementation.
2.8. Definition of terms and procedures for all agricultural works in the field of plant cultivation.
2.9. Management of technical documentation, organization of accounting and mandated reporting.
2.10. Involvement in attestation and rationalization of working positions.
2.11. Controls the compliance with the requirements of environmental protection, regulations and standards of occupational safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection by employees.
2.12. Organization of works to combat pests, diseases of crops and weeds.
2.13. Compilation of maps of weed-infected fields.
2.14. Provision of a set of preventive and destructive measures of protection of crops against pests, diseases and weeds through agricultural practices, chemical, biological and other means.
2.15. Control of compliance with regulations and standards of storage, transportation and application of pesticides.
2.16. Determination of economic efficiency of crop protection measures.
2.17. Implementation of substantiated technology and best practice to combat pests, plant diseases and weeds in order to increase agricultural production and prevent the loss of harvest.
2.18. Involvement in implementation of intensive technology of growing crops.
2.19. Provision of control of etnophytopathological status of seed and planting material and performing works on crop protection.
2.20. Compiling calendar (working) plans for a set of measures for crop protection and ensuring their implementation.
2.21. Studying of needs for material and technical supplies, working garment, personal protective equipment when working with pesticides.
2.22. Organization of supply, correct storage and accounting of pesticides, provision of rational use of crop protection products.
2.23. Instructing of employees performing works with agricultural chemicals, control of the presence and serviceability of equipment and working garment.
2.24. Involvement in checking the preparedness of agricultural machinery, equipment and apparatuses.
2.25. Systematic studying of biological characteristics of plant cultivation, phytosanitary condition of crops and plantations in order to take effective measures to control pests, diseases and weeds in the specific environment of the business unit.
2.26. Involvement in development and implementation of comprehensive mechanization and progressive forms of work organization for works related to crop protection.
2.27. Controls the compliance with the regulations and standards of occupational safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection by employees.
2.28. Timely (at least 2 days prior to the start) reporting (in writing) of works using pesticides and agricultural chemicals to city, town and village councils.
Working conditions: Irregular working hours. Company car, mobile communication. Free hostel or partial compensation of costs for renting an apartment is provided.
