The list of vacancies in our agricultural business in Lviv Region:

AGRONOMIST

Place of employment: one of the divisions of Lviv Region (Zhovkva, Sokal, Radekhiv, Brody, Busk, Zolochiv districts).

Type of employment: full-time.

Salary: UAH 12,000 (payable) + bonuses at the end of the year.

Requirements: a degree in the specialty, at least 1 year work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

2.1. Organizational and technological management in the field of plant cultivation.

2.2. With regard to specific production and ecological environment, the work on implementation and mastering of the science-based farming system and further intensification of plant cultivation in order to increase the production and quality of plant cultivation products.

2.3. Organization of implementation of measures for improving the productivity of agricultural lands, soils fertility; efficient use of labour, agricultural equipment, correct application of organic and mineral fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators.

2.4. Systematic survey of agricultural lands of the relevant division, detection of areas with signs of supply shortage, infected with pests and diseases, monitoring of status of crop development.

2.5. Implementation of measures for timely elimination or correction of developmental problems of crops through changes in the crop cultivation technology.

2.6. Involvement in the development of technological maps of crops.

2.7. Involvement in the development of annual and prospective plans and objectives of plant cultivation and ensuring their implementation.

2.8. Definition of terms and procedures for all agricultural works in the field of plant cultivation.

2.9. Management of technical documentation, organization of accounting and mandated reporting.

2.10. Involvement in attestation and rationalization of working positions.

2.11. Controls the compliance with the requirements of environmental protection, regulations and standards of occupational safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection by employees.

Working conditions: Irregular working hours. Company car, mobile communication. Free hostel or partial compensation of costs for renting an apartment is provided.

TRACTOR DRIVER/OPERATOR

Place of employment: one of the divisions of Lviv Region (Zhovkva, Sokal, Radekhiv, Brody, Busk, Zolochiv districts).

Type of employment: full-time.

Salary: UAH 42 to UAH 77 per one working hour + bonuses at the end of the year.

Requirements: tractor driver license with A1 and A2 categories (the presence of additional categories is an advantage), at least 1 year work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Independent agricultural works on tractors, agricultural machines that are aggregated with these tractors, according to the requirements of agricultural methods and technology.

Transportation works on tractors in compliance with the traffic and transportation regulations.

Shifting technical maintenance of tractors and agricultural machines that are operated.

Detection of minor faults of tractors, dragged and hanged instruments and other machines that are aggregated with them and elimination of such faults.

Independent technical regulation of working units of agricultural machines and equipment.

Reading of simple engineering drawings, schemes, using of machine operating instructions.

Performing works on periodic technical maintenance and repair of tractors and agricultural machines under supervision of the servicing engineer for technical maintenance of machine and tractor fleet.

Rational use of fuels and lubricants, rubber, technical and other operating supplies and spare parts.

Preparation of tractors, agricultural machines and equipment for storage.

Awareness of and fulfilment of the requirements of occupational safety and environmental protection, compliance with standards, methods and techniques of safe operation.

Working conditions: 8-hour working day, hostel is provided, work on a regular basis, training on types of equipment available at the company.

SENIOR AGRONOMIST

Place of employment: one of the divisions of Lviv Region (Zhovkva, Sokal, Radekhiv, Brody, Busk, Zolochiv districts).

Type of employment: full-time.

Salary: UAH 18,000 (payable) + bonuses at the end of the year.

Requirements: a degree in the specialty, 3 year work experience.

Responsibilities:

2.1. Organizational and technological management in the field of plant cultivation.

2.14. Provision of a set of preventive and destructive measures of protection of crops against pests, diseases and weeds through agricultural practices, chemical, biological and other means.

2.15. Control of compliance with regulations and standards of storage, transportation and application of pesticides.

2.16. Determination of economic efficiency of crop protection measures.

2.17. Implementation of substantiated technology and best practice to combat pests, plant diseases and weeds in order to increase agricultural production and prevent the loss of harvest.

2.18. Involvement in implementation of intensive technology of growing crops.

2.19. Provision of control of etnophytopathological status of seed and planting material and performing works on crop protection.

2.20. Compiling calendar (working) plans for a set of measures for crop protection and ensuring their implementation.

2.21. Studying of needs for material and technical supplies, working garment, personal protective equipment when working with pesticides.

2.22. Organization of supply, correct storage and accounting of pesticides, provision of rational use of crop protection products.

2.23. Instructing of employees performing works with agricultural chemicals, control of the presence and serviceability of equipment and working garment.

2.24. Involvement in checking the preparedness of agricultural machinery, equipment and apparatuses.

2.25. Systematic studying of biological characteristics of plant cultivation, phytosanitary condition of crops and plantations in order to take effective measures to control pests, diseases and weeds in the specific environment of the business unit.

2.26. Involvement in development and implementation of comprehensive mechanization and progressive forms of work organization for works related to crop protection.

2.27. Controls the compliance with the regulations and standards of occupational safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection by employees.

2.28. Timely (at least 2 days prior to the start) reporting (in writing) of works using pesticides and agricultural chemicals to city, town and village councils.

AGRONOMIST-ADVISER ( Ivano-Frankivsk region)

Place of work: work with agricultural enterprises and farms in the Ivano-Frankivsk region and the Transcarpathian region.

 Type of employment: full time

 Salary: 22 500 hrn. per month (cash in hand) + bonuses at the end of the year

Requirements: education by specialty, work experience more than 3 years.

Duties:

  1. Provision of consultations to the representatives of agricultural units on the purchase of seed material and services of the agrochemical laboratory;
  2. Agronomical support of customers during after-sales period;
  3. Definition of the problems and ways to solve them when providing consultations in the field;
  4. Provision of assistance and advice aimed at the sale of services / products of the company;
  5. Forming the client base, entering contact information in the CRM program;
  6. The client base development, identification of the needs;
  7. Work with the documents: drawing up and concluding contracts, issuing invoices;
  8. Organization and coordination of marketing activities in accordance with the orders and concluded contracts, ensuring the supply of products to the customers within the established time limits;
  9. Carrying out marketing research of customers’ market and its prospects, forming and expanding economic relations with the customers, conducting analysis of:

–           customers’ demands;

–           degree of satisfaction of customers’ requirements     and   requests for the offered products;

–           the product competitiveness  level on the market by studying and assessing customers’ needs, monitoring competitors activities;

  1. Taking measures to ensure timely receipts of payments for the sold products
  2. Development of training plans and preparation of  training materials  for the “Agronomy”  direction.

AGRONOMIST-CONSULTANT (Khmelnytskyi Region)

Place of work: work with agricultural enterprises and farmer units  of Ternopil Region  (Chortkiv, Borshchiv and  Zalishchyky districts), Zhytomyr Region  (Baranivka, Romaniv, Liubar and  Chudniv  districts), Vinnytsia Region (Koziatyn, Kalynivka, Khmilnyk, Lityn , Zhmerynka and Bar  Districts), Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi Regions.

 Type of employment: full time

 Salary: 22 500 hrn. per month (cash in hand) + bonuses at the end of the year

Requirements: education by specialty, work experience more than 3 years.

Duties:

ACCOUNTANT-SPECIALIST IN LAND MANAGEMENT

Workplace:

  1. Skoromokhy village of Sokal district of Lviv region.
  2. Sukhodoly village of Brody district of Lviv region
  3. Andriivka village of Busk district of Lviv region

Type of employment: main workplace.

Salary: 10000 UAH per month (amount payable) + bonuses at the end of the year

Requirements: 

– degree in the respective sphere (higher or general specialized education);

– the competent user of Microsoft word, Excel and other office programes;

– the ability to work with 1С is a plus.

Duties:

  • collecting primary documentation to constitute agriculture lands lease agreements,
  • lands lease agreements registration and registration renewal,
  • accruing rent payments,
  • payment settlements with landlords,
  • primary accounting,
  • data entry in the 1С programe.

Work conditions: 5- day workweek.
